THE FOLLOWING TO BE PERFORMED: (1) Routing Spindle New Bearing and Balanced. (2) Follower Assembly Inspected and replace any defective parts if required. (3) Router Slide Inspected and Pneumatic Dive Cylinder Re-Pack and replace any defective fittings if required. (4) All Pneumatics Lines replaced. (5) Pneumatic Connector inspected and if required replace fittings. (6) Arm Pivot Joint Inspected and checked for balance, replace rubber Bumpers. (7) Frequency Converter and Drive Motor Inspected, replace bearings Test Run and if required replace any other necessary parts. (8) All Electric and Controls Contacts inspected, cleaned and if required replaced any defective parts. (9) Paint unit to customer color.
